Project Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization’s processes and systems, assess its business model, and examine its integration with technology. You will evaluate the current state, gather customer requirements, and help define the future state and/or appropriate business solutions. Your work will be integral in bridging the gap between business needs and technological implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build knowledge and provide support to the team
• Participate in problem-solving and analysis discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Assist in developing business cases and project proposals
• Communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Functional Test Planning
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Functional Test Planning
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (preferred)
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
• Willingness to work in a team-based and collaborative environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
